Consulting process:

• We search candidate with all required skills, technical and non technical.
• We send written assessment test based on real scenario questions.
• We do an in person screening with highly technical team member.

Software Development Process:

• We follow mix RUP and Agile Methodology
• We meet with client and gather requirement.
• We create use case in proper manner with different diagrams and wire frame (prototype).
• We perform a use case and wire frame walk through with client and get signed off on requirement. We make sure we understand their need.
• We do low level design using ration rose and enterprise architect.
• We perform a walk through on design and signed off on design. Also we suggest latest technologies that we want to use.
• We do development using all latest technologies.
• We test application using different latest tools.
• We do demonstration of use case by use case, so that client and us on the same page. No surprises for customer after final delivery.
• We make changes based on user comments.
• We deliver project with all required documents i.e. installation doc, design doc etc.
• We support application 24/7.
